Jillian M. Orlando, DVM, DACVB

Dr. Orlando obtained her DVM degree from the Ohio State University. After graduation, she completed a medical and surgical internship at a private practice in South Florida. From there, Dr. Orlando went on to practice medicine in Northern California. It was there that she began working with animal behaviorist Dr. Sophia Yin and developed a love of behavior and training. 

In 2012, Dr. Orlando started her behavioral medicine residency at the North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She obtained her board certification and became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Behaviorists (ACVB) in 2016. Dr. Orlando remained in the Triangle area and opened the Carolina Veterinary Behavior Clinic  in 2018.
