Communication is so relevant to the work veterinarians do. This conversation will look at the impact communication with clients can have. The WISE COACH method of communication will be presented as a tool to use in daily practice.

To earn a certificate of completion, the participant must complete all learning modules and score 80% or better on the end-of-course test. Participants must complete the participation requirements to be eligible for a certificate.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of the Conversation, the participant should be able to

• identify how relevant communication is as part of our daily job as veterinarians.
• discuss the impact that communication can have in our daily jobs from the client's perspective and also from the job satisfaction point of view.
• explain and introduce the WISE COACH method of communication, how effective it is and how it can be used in daily practice.

Level and Prerequisites: This basic VIN CE Conversations With Colleagues is open for enrollment to Veterinarians interested in client communication. Successful completion (scoring 80% or better) on the end-of-course test is required to earn a certificate of completion for the course.
