Level and Prerequisites:
This
advanced course will be open to veterinarians
interested in advanced topics in feline medicine, surgery, behavior, and pathology.
There are no specific prerequisites but this course is directed at those who
have experience with and a special interest in feline medicine.
VIN CE Course: Open to veterinarians only.
This course has been RACE approved for veterinarians.
Course Description:
This course focuses upon extending the participants' knowledge of feline medicine,
covering topics in a variety of fields. These cutting edge topics will be of
particular interest to those interested in pursuing ABVP certification.
This course consists of ten (10) 2-hour Real Time Sessions, supplemental
library materials, interactive message board discussions, and
a mandatory end-of-course test.
Successful completion (scoring 80% or better) on the end-of-course test is required
to earn a certificate of completion for the course.
*The lecture portion for a number of the sessions in this course will be an
audio presentation, please be prepared to listen.
Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to
- Have an understanding of cutting edge topics in feline medicine,
- Be able to take their medicine to the "next level", and
- Further develop their ability to "think outside the box" when
dealing with complex cases.

in the course library prior to each Real Time Session.
